Agents of Change Collective (AOCC) is a collective of friends and allies formed to support the movement for Black liberation through raising awareness and funds for anti-racist organizations that are working towards dismantling systems of oppression and bigotry in our communities.
We have selected Critical Resistance as the first organization to support through community awareness, education and direct fundraising. They are a member-led organization with volunteer members and supporters across the country. Their mission is to fight against the interlocking systems of policing, imprisonment and surveillance that make up the prison industrial complex (PIC). Each donation helps sustain Critical Resistance’s organizing to stop prison construction, to mobilize communities impacted by the violence of policing, and to develop alternatives to punishment and repression that sustain the health and well-being of our families, neighborhoods, and communities.
